Procrastination: It doesn’t let you finish your projects and your daily tasks. You postpone until it hurts, which impacts your self-esteem.

Binge eating: This bad habit means that you eat huge amounts of chocolate, pizzas or junk food in a short amount of time. You lose control and feel powerless. And the effects can be seen on your body.

Sleeping late: Another bad habit that develops when you enjoy watching a film, listen to music or even scroll social media feeds late at night. In the end, you realize that you’ve slept less than 5 hours and that you are tired all day long. You become slow at work and in everything that you do, which prevents you from enjoying the day.

If you are a binge eater, let’s turn time 5 days ahead. You know your best diet and your best workout routine for years, but now you are finally implementing them in your day-to-day life. In the evening, you find it a little bit hard, but you wake up proud of you in the morning. Your t-shirt is becoming a little bit larger and you enjoy this feeling. And when you climb up stairs, you feel like a bird! Like Catwoman or like Spider-Man. Isn’t it awesome to become the hero of your life? Building healthy eating habits was such a good decision!

Your new sleeping habits?

Imagine the 5-day challenge ended. It’s not very easy to go to bed earlier, but you are waking up full of energy! You are faster in everything that you do and now you have enough time to have a coffee or a tea. The faster you are, the better results you get! The more results you get, your motivation and your self-esteem increase. Building healthy sleeping habits was a good choice!

Meet Roxana Dreamteller, the creator of the « Build healthy habits » challenge?

I’m Roxana Dreamteller, a certified Rapid Transformation Therapy practitioner who started using Dream Analysis to overcome blocks, fears as well as self-esteem issues. This is why I dedicated my blog and my YouTube channel to telling my dreams. However, not all my 1:1 sessions are Dream Analysis sessions.

Due to the fact that most of my clients struggle with procrastination, insomnia, smoking and even eating issues, I created the Build healthy habits challenge. I will introduce the program in the next paragraphs, but first you can watch the testimonials of some persons who worked with me :

What will happen during the « Build healthy habits » 5-day challenge?

💡 DAY 1

When starting the challenge, you may have several healthy habits in mind. However, I strongly recommend you to focus on 1 habit at a time. Choosing the habit that you want to build during this free challenge will allow you to achieve the best results.

💡 DAY 2

I’m delivering a live masterclass that will help you break a bad habit and build a healthy habit. If you miss the live masterclass, don’t worry, you can watch the replay. I will also add a meditation that you can listen to several times to get more insights about your habits.

💡 DAY 3

You will receive a 5-minute homework, that you can share with us if you feel so.

💡 DAY 4

You can listen to the meditation again if you need.
